Record Storage
Charleston Records Management is a full-service
records storage and management company that provides a wide range of
services for all major media, including paper, computer disks and tapes,
microfilm and microfiche, master audio and video tapes, films and optical
disks, x-rays and blueprints.
CRMI also offers courier pickup and delivery,
inventory control, filing and retrieval, certified destruction of records,
customized reporting and consulting services.
Each storage box has its own barcode by number so we can put our hands on
any of our clients' records at any time.
Individual files can also be scanned to an exact location in our
warehouse. New files can be added at any time.Our
modern warehouse meets the latest fire-prevention standards. Storage boxes
are located on specially designed racks so they're not subject to dampness
or deterioration. Documents are protected by a 12 hour firewall and a dry
sprinkler system
For your security boxes can be labeled only by barcode number. Only
authorized personnel are allowed to view company documents. Charleston
Records Management is HIPAA compliant and approved by the South Carolina
Department of Archives and History.
